DEMCON has all the required disciplines at its disposal to create complete mechatronic solutions – by integrating all these disciplines and focusing on manageability, DEMCON knows how to bring complex projects to a successful conclusion.

The feasibility of a typical DEMCON project can not always be taken for granted. The expected solution is multidisciplinary and should therefore arise from the clever integration of expertise, but the client has yet to translate this into hardware and/or software requirements. That is why, before engaging in development and engineering, the project must start with (applied) research.

At DEMCON we believe that manageability is crucial for the success of complex projects. This idea was translated into a phased project approach, which combines proven methodology and models with in-house practical experience. The foundation for this approach lies in the intensive co-operation and communication with clients, resulting in expectations that are clear at the start of a project and remain clear throughout the process because of continuous feedback on the project’s status.
