These systems may be single production machines or testing equipment, but also complex modules or tools produced in series. The clients are high-tech OEMs in the Netherlands and elsewhere.

In the development of high-tech systems, DEMCON follows a structured design approach for the three successive phases of proof of principle, prototype and pre-production. With this approach the potential design risks are identified and eliminated at an early stage. DEMCON works with tight project management, is certified for the ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 quality systems (for medical aids), provides the necessary certification if required and ensures the traceability of all components.
DEMCON builds the prototype and the production version of single systems. For serial products, it can design the entire supply chain and provide assembly in-house. The link with production supports the optimisation of the cost price and produceability in the design phase. If required, the transfer from design to production can be supervised elsewhere. In all cases DEMCON successfully brings high-tech systems to realisation.
